Grant co commissioners are preparing to kill the fibersystem by defunding it
and/or refusing to adapt or approve a long term business plan. The three
fiberhaters are bork allred and hansen.

The telecom group [fiber] will run out of money and lay off its employees next
thursday 3/17/05.

The fiber will be switched off some time around then with the excuse that - well,
we just ran out of money and had to kill it.

My opinion is this should be decided by the people of grant co not by a biased
jerk who just ran for commissioner so he could extract revenge on the people who
fired him from the pud [bork] and some one who has always right from the get go
represented a small group of farmers who's number one goal was to get someone
elected who would stop the fiber and anything else that provided for progress in
this county. [hansen]

I don't really know what is up with allred, I thought he was a fiber supporter but
I think bork has influence over him.

As you can see I'm just a little biased against thesejerks. Fine, everything I am
saying can be confirmed by calling Mr. Culbertson or the telecomm manager, they
will try to dodge these questions but they know exactly what the three commission
stooges are up to.

This should be published in the paper so the public can have some kind of say in
weather the investment in the fiber system was all for nothing. I think everyone
should attend the commission meeting Monday so you can see for yourself what they
are about to try and pull off [kill off the fiber program] Stand up and ask
bork right to his face. He will explode and cuss at you for bringing this up I
promise you.

As for me and where this info comes from, it comes from within the pud.  I have a
lot to lose if it is found out that I am the source of this so I can't tell you
who I am. I really hope you can bring this to the public for discussion before
it's too late to keep the fiber system going.
